    Great food and service. One staff in particular is always so sweet and listens to my son as he tells her all about his 5 counties appointment.

    Person behind the counter was inexperienced (east Indian and hard to understand). Wanted to swap coleslaw for gravy, did not know how to do it! Relied on co-workers in the kitchen to tell him how. This is not the first time, I have dealt with him 2wks ago as well. On this visit, had to go back and ask for napkins. Then go back again to ask for sauce for my chicken filets. I think ownership or supplier has changed? Now chicken filets portions are really small.

    Found the chicken to be dry and devoid of flavor. Not what I've come to expect of KFC. Sorry.
