  Bill Lockington and his Law Clerk (Mary Carter) are fantastic. When my mom passed away last November I needed to have her will probated. A well known female lawyer that my mom had used to do her will was charging a HUGE retainer so when I called LLF Lawyers LLP and spoke to Mary Carter who told me no retainer was needed, I was thrilled. I was able to go in right then and there to sign the documents with Mr. Lockington and within the next day or two they were submitted to the court! The Will was probated fast. Unfortunately the TD Bank and TD Waterhouse were not fast at closing the accounts and handing the estate to me (the Executor) so I was unable to pay the bill for lawyer services. I explained to Mary Carter and she made several calls (without further fees) to try to speed up the process. Finally after 4 months I was able to pay the legal bill in full - they were so accommodating and easy going about it. Best lawyer/clerk team EVER! Call them first!
