  Modest little jewelry shop, but what makes this place SO special is the owner Tony. A skilled jeweller, extremely knowledgable and experienced, honest and pleasant, and who cares for every piece you bring in as if it was his own. Tony is a real gentleman.

  I went in to simply have a couple links removed from a watch. I had never been in here before. When I went in, I saw an older gentleman. I immediately felt this was going to go well. He looked really experienced and I felt he'd know what he's doing.

  Spoke to a gentleman on the phone tried asking questions to see if he had a website. I found the man to be rather rude. Such a shame, I just wanted to get more info about his products.

  Always a great experience here. Antonio knows jewelry and knows service. This is my go-to jewelry store for purchases and repairs.

  I ended up going to Twain in the Mall. I was pressed for time and didn't have much choice. I really wanted to go to a small mom and pop shop. I prefer to give these kinds of stores the business to support the community. Anyway, Twain did in 5 minutes what Nielsen's couldn't do at all. I'll still prefer Bob's when they're opened again, though.

  Aside from that, you could tell he wasn't a people person. No real customer service skills at all. I found him overall to be kind of rude, to be honest.

  I had a really odd experience at this store today. Normally I go to Bob's Watch Repair (highly recommended), but it is closed until January 9th for inventory. I figured I'd try this store instead.

  So i asked him if he could remove a couple links from my watch and he seemed eager to do it - at first. As soon as he found out it was a *new* watch, he immediately no longer wanted to do it. He clearly had no confidence in his work. He suggested I take it somewhere else. It was kind of sad really. I guess he was afraid to do it and cause damage to my new watch. He must have had bad experiences in the past, I'm guessing. It's too bad he had no confidence in doing such a simple task as removing a couple links.
