  I have always loved this store and their amazing selection of beautiful, unique jewelry and gifts, however I was really blown away this Christmas when they took customer service to a whole new level. My husband took my 5-year-old daughter into the shop to pick some earrings as a Christmas gift for me. Once inside, my daughter produced two silver-coloured craft bells that she had been carrying around and told the lady working there she thought they would make nice Christmas earrings for her Mama. This wonderful lady invited my daughter through the back of the store into her workshop and used silver pieces she had on hand to help my daughter make the bells into earrings right on the spot. Then she packaged them up with tissue paper and a gift box and refused to charge anything for the earrings. Needless to say my husband was beyond grateful and bought a few other things there. I love my Christmas earrings and the story behind them and will be a loyal customer of this store forever!
