  There wasn't an option for a no star or a half star. They never have anything in stock. How do you not have a single type 1 hard hat in stock. They don't check returns and put broken stuff and items missing pieces back on the shelves. Electrical is generally the only department you can get help. Tool rental and paint aren't bad, because you can literally corner them. Management stands in a circle and shift around the store in a huddle. You can ask them for help but they just call someone or turn to the first employee they can find and get them to help you instead because they honestly have very little product knowledge. The company is cheap and divides hours according to district not to store so it doesn't matter how busy a particular store is, if the district is down, expect to find no one while they save money on hours. Also to save a buck they cut their summer hours back so expect the store to close at 9 instead of 10 at the start of August. I can not wait until Lowes comes to town and kicks their butts it's time they got a wake up call.

  Such a great location. Every employee that you interact with is very kind and knowledgable. Especially the associate named Rick. He was so friendly and really helped us find what we were looking for. This is definitely one of the best home depots I've ever been to.

  Last Wednesday evening I dropped in to get some technical advise regarding windows I purchased that did not seem to function properly. The window expert on duty went out of his way to open a sealed window to show me how to resolve my problem. When I applied his solution at home it worked perfectly. Great service - thank you!

  Most of the staff we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. The cashiers are also lovely ladies. Lots of product. Great big store!

  Always someone helpful to help you find the right part or steer you in the right direction as far as fixing things goes. It's like asking a nice knowledgeable neighbor for help :)
