  Good gym, provides free chalk, not stingy on the rules, can workout shoeless, drop weights etc. Provides area for Olympic lifting.

  Great selection of equipment and unbeatable membership prices. Don't get sucked into commercial gym contracts and support local businesses like 24 Seven gym.

  Amazing atmosphere, Awesome staff, and a cheerful place to be. Being greeted every morning by name is what gives my daily routine a great start. This place truly makes you feel at home, and amongst family.

  Above all if you have any issues Matt is a very reasonable guy that doesn't get unjustly frustrated when you raise an issue.

  Love the gym, the staff is friendly. There's the freedom of 24/7 for anyone's busy schedule. However, parking downtown can be tricky sometimes. Additionally, 95% of the time I go, someone is always obnociously blaring music. I have to crank my music really high to combat this. Rather unhappy with this aspect.
