  Had a friend go for emergency surgery and went to a more reputable flower store at first by google, but when I called they had no roses left. I called Flowers by Kay to have roses sent to Peterborough hospital and amazingly they did it in a span of 2 hours. The attendant named Mary took all my pertinent info and guaranteed a beautiful arrangement, and promised the best long stem roses with greens and baby breath with them. Thank you mary it was a pleasure doing business with you.

  It took awhile, but I do want to note that I was eventually contacted by the owner, and she offered to give me another bouquet of equal cost for free whenever I would like. I ended up calling back a couple weeks later and they made up a bouquet for me and delivered it to my house, which I very much appreciated.

  I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her graduation. I told the woman I wanted something large and asked if $120 would be a sufficient budget. I was told that they could provide a large and elaborate bouquet for that price. I agreed it would be a cut flower bouquet rather than in a vase so that the entire amount would be spent on flowers. The bouquet that was delivered was shockingly small for a $120 Bouquet. I then discovered a charge had been put through on my credit card for $146. I would never recommend this flower shop to anyone.

  The flowers I had ordered for my mother in law from a different store never showed and I called at 2:30 panicking, hoping they could help and they did. My MIL was delivered a beautiful bouquet not even two hours later. Thank you so much for your help today!

  Oh my goodness! I love this store! The best experience I've ever had, everyone was so sweet and considerate. And they had the freshest flowers I've received. I will definitely be coming back.

  I purchased some flowers from here this morning for my wife for our anniversary. I wrote a personal note to go with them, and they were supposed to be dilivered to my wife's work (which was literally two stores over). My wife only worked until 3pm, so I called around 2pm to make sure they had been delivered. I was told that they had, but it wasn't until I got a call from my wife an hour later that I found out she had never received a delivery of any kind. Once on the phone with the store, all they said was that they could add a few extra flowers for no extra charge. No refund, discount, or gift card. I asked if the flowers could be delivered to our home since my wife was no longer working. ....the flowers didn't arrive until around 5:30, and there nothing appeared to have been added. Very disappointing, definitely not what I wanted wanted on our Anniversary. I will definitely no be coming back anytime soon.
