  Went in to buy a cell phone not on contract. Was reluctantly shown one phone behind glass after the sales person went to get help. I was told that's all they have. Noticed a rack of phones in packages. They said something like, "Ya, sure," and they ignored me from that point on. Found a great selection at another store and received prompt, cheerful help. Not impressed by Best Buy store staff! This was the third less than positive experience I've had there. Prefer buying online and dealing with customer service there.

  Their website said they had two of a particular item. Tried calling store to confirm information on website...no one would pick up. Arrived at the store (1 hr away from where i live) and guess what? They don't have it. Awesome. Trying to get customer service was difficult too or someone willing to really look with us/for us. Awful.

  Very slow at moving purchases through ordering system. Discovering part way through that there was insufficient stock to process ordering. No knowledge of how long it will take to replenish stock to complete processing a order of almost 4Gs. However staff were courteous and pleasant.

  Waited for 20 minutes and asked 2 people for help, knowing exactly the printer we wanted, were told to wait for rep to be free. Meanwhile at least two other employees doing nothing. Went to Best Buy and got what we needed in 5 minutes.

  I waited at the best but location for 40 minutes with my 3 children and still didn't have any service. My husband went and ask someone for help, at which point he was told someone would be with us shortly... No one came. It was terrible service and I will be hard pressed to return!
