  Today I received very disappointing customer service from a female manager at the h&m Landsdowne location. I had purchases two dresses less than two weeks ago and needed to return them. I unfortunetly couldn't find my receipt, although all tags were on and they were clearly never worn. Quite rudely I was told that she could make an exception of allowing me to exchange at that exact time... No credit note... And if not, then I am stuck with them. I asked why.. And got pointed to a paper sign behind the till... That sign actually didn't answer my question. Any decent establishment, especially one as big as h&m would issue a credit in this situation. It's not crazy that I misplaced a small piece of paper. I would most likely have spent more money there when shopping with my credit note, as well as would have continued to shop there. Because she was so rude and blunt, and I was supposed to be made to feel privileged by her "exception" I spent the exact amount and will never go into that store again. You need to learn how to deal with customers properly. I am a reasonable person that expects good customer service and common courtesy.
