  Was not pleased at all. Had taken our 2001 Civic in to have an airbag recall done, was told it would only be about 45 at the maximum to have the work done, to say the least I was there for two hours being charged for an hour of work I had not authorized on my driver side wiper. I had asked to have the issue looked at but be consulted with before any work was done. I am aware that looking at the vehicle and receiving a quote may cost depending on the depth of the inspection. However I was not consulted on the hour of work done, that it supposedly took to tighten a nut and replace a hose fitting (which I did not care to have done, I can do both myself). At the end of the day the tightening of a nut and the installation of a new hose fitting (for both of which I was to be consulted on before either was touched) cost me $100. Very upset that bad customer service cost me $100. I noticed that multiple times service represantitives would be coming in to give updates or consult service customers on what was happening, this was never the case with me, I even sat by the door so I was easily visible and accessible. Again, very disappointed in what was supposed to be a professional service center, like they say, quantity over quality. I feel very ripped off.

  Everyone needs to experience Trent Valley Honda. Never have I been to a place of business, where the experience feels nothing at all like a 'business' dealing. Hands down, this is the most personable front line staff that I have dealt with.. anywhere. Cindy, Evan, Michael (you big tall lug), I commend you on the way you make customers feel like they can be themselves around you. I leave with a smile and a chuckle, every time. Excellent service, excellent people. It's no wonder they are still going strong after all these years.

  This dealership remembers your name and makes you feel like you're part of the team and family! They answer your questions so you understand without making me feel that they are talking down to me or that I asked a stupid question. I never hesitate or dread dealing with anyone there!

  At first it may seem that their pricing maybe slightly higher then market price, but after adding all the other things they give you (winter tires, oil change, etc.) you will find that they have really good pricing. I would highly recommend paying a little bit more for all the extra goodies they add on to the car. Further more Tom and Frank made the experience very smooth and comfortable. They never pressured me into buying the car and were very straight forward with anything that might have been wrong with the vehicle. I would highly recommend buying a car from Trent Valley Honda.

  Had a wonderful experience with Tony and Frank. They were so friendly, professional and personable. I would absolutely recommend this honda to anyone that is looking for a place to buy a car. Amazing staff. Enjoyed my experience with them!
