  I went here because the Dodge dealership and my insurance both use this shop. It took me a week and half to get in, then a week to change the bumper and do a little painting. I recommend not going with a shop that your insurance deals with, as they tend to cater to them and not you and the benefit of not needing to wait for an appraiser is outweighed, if it still takes a couple weeks the to have it fixed anyways. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed the bumper was off centre by a lot, the guy told me “New Dodges come that way” but I insisted they align it as the old one was not, so make sure you check the work. Other body shops I have dealt with also go that extra mile and clean the inside of the car but this was not the case here.

  Terrible if I could give 0 star I would, front end cosmetic damage on a 2005 civic is not 6000$+ just out to get your money could buy two more civics and have 3 amazing cars for that price
