  Had a problem with my phone, that I had not bought through Virgin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spent time looking through settings, explained the changes they made and invited me to call back with any future issues. Very happy with the help.

  Would give less than 1 if I could. Son bought a phone and contract through this kiosk about a month ago he has has problems with it shutting down constantly over the past 2 weeks. He went back and was told it would cost 100 to send it back and get it fixed as it is over 15 days. He contacted virgin directly and they told him take it back to store they have to replace it. He did as directed and they still refused. I would not recommend anyone deal with these crooks
