  Our local PetSmart is looked after a couple of very kind caring ladies and the place is always clean and well-organized. I love shopping for my pet needs in there. I never leave disappointed

  A good selection and good prices however I find it a somewhat difficult store to shop in. Among other things and while I am a pet lover the aisles are crowded and navigating them and shopping is made even more difficult by the number of people who bring large dogs into the store with them. It seemed like everywhere I turned I was tripping over a dog or falling over or dealing with someone's dog jumping on me or them assuring me that he doesn't bite as they yanked on the leash trying to regain control. Perhaps have a single area for people who wish to come and visit and show off their pets.

  Grab my crickets from this place for my leopard tangerine geckos Tango and Cash ...friendly staff and even friendlier clientele... love talking to the fellow animal lovers I meet here

  Super friendly staff, wide selection. I love seeing dogs walking around the store it's refreshing to see. We just came in to see what animals were available for adoption, however I didn't end up adopting at the time I was able to pick up some toys for my future cat.

  I had also originally planned to place the order online and then pick it up in the store however I figured I might as well just go to the store and put the three items in my cart myself and check out in what I'm sure would be the same amount of time. Had I placed it online and then driven to the store to pick it up I would have saved 5%. The same savings do not apply if you pick the order off the shelves yourself. I find that quite odd actually that for less money I can have the store pay employees to wander around and collect the items that I want and set them aside for me to pick up.

  This was only my second visit to this PetSmart location and on this occasion as with the last there was a fair lineup at the two checkout lines that were open. That prompted me to ask an employee among other things if I had ordered online and come into the store to pick it up where would I do that. I was told that you pick up your orders at the checkout. I said to her so I have to line up with the other 10 or 15 people who are waiting in order to wait my turn to get up to the cashier and tell her that I placed an order online and then wait while she calls for somebody to bring it from the back or wherever. I could save money by just picking the items off the shelf and lining up at the checkout on my own. She suggested that I could just butt in front of the line and interrupt the cashier to let her know that I was there to pick up an order. Indeed I might just try that at some point in the future however I will be prepared for any number of other customers who are waiting in line to become quite annoyed.

  Great groomers. They go out of their way to make a pleasant experience for the pooches. Excellent work on our Bernese!
