  The ongoing sales and the coupons really make a big difference so remember to ask to make certain you get the most for your dollars. I was able to cut in half the cost of framing my portraits.

  Picked something up for wife, she sent me 55% Coupon to my email and I allowed the Coupon to be scanned off my smart phone and refused to provide my email address when requested by the cashier. Michaels obviously took my e-mail address from my cell phone without my direct permission. Michaels sent me an email to rate and review them, hence my 1 star rating. Not what I would call an upfront corporate citizen

  The staff in the framing department spent time helping me figure out the most economical approach to framing my drawings. She made good suggestions.

  Remember to always check for your coupons online at Michaels! My motto is never buy anything full price there. They have coupons that are 50-55% original ticketed price. This Michaels has a great selection of clearance items in multiple locations!

  Unfortunately, they didn't have what we were looking for when we came here last time. We encountered both a really friendly and helpful woman who was working the till and one who was working the floor who was not in such a good mood. It isn't great to feel like an annoyance when you ask someone for a little help. The store was pretty empty at the time.

  The coupons make buying yarn for bigger projects more affordable but they don't always have the colours I want and the company in general needs to start carrying better non acrylic yarns!
