  I always find the staff important for any company you deal with and I have to say, that they are all fantastic in Peterborough. Though I use the Bridgenorth facility, I deal with their main office on Fisher Drive. They are always friendly, responsive, understanding, humorous, and my experience with them has always been positive.

  My family have been using this facility on and off over the years. Dealing with their staff and their office manager Linda is always easy and a pleasant experience. In this past year I needed to secure an additional lockup and the paperwork was ready for me in no time.

  They upgraded the Bridgenorth facility, and I like the fact it is more secure with the new fence and entry pad. This is the first self storage I have used since moving to PTBO (I have used others), and have no need to look for another, as I am fully satisfied.
