  Poor customer service. Make sure you ask how the refund process works (shady-hidden charge) when you are to change from one locker to the other. They do not do full refund on the remaining days of your monthly contract. Also make sure you get the payment due date initialed by GPL staff. You might get a notice from GPL saying you are past your due date (15 days - $15 late fee 1st notice) even when you and the GPL staff agreed on a change payment due date. Some of the staffs will flat out deny of any changes being discussed or made.

  Once few minutes I took U-Haul , customer services didn't charge telling that you didn't use so no charge. thx team for such a friendly service.

  I do work for GPL as a contractor so I may be biased but honestly, this place is very clean, the staff is super helpful and the owner really cares about providing a great experience for his customers.

  The storage at GPL is climate controlled and is clean. Staff are courteous. I have stored my things here for 2 yrs.
