  Visiting this place since it first opened in Peterborough, it's a hit and miss with the quality and service. I visit once or twice a month as I love fried chicken.

  They rarely clean their bathrooms, if you look on the back side of the door, you'll notice there is no signatures for up to a week at times.

  First time to Popeyes and ordered the fried chicken. It was dripping in grease and soggy. The fries were no better. Not recommended.

  Few times I've gotten chicken with feathers still attached, I plucked them and still ate the chicken, but this is something that should be done before it's thrown into the deep fryer correct? I recommend getting the mild chicken over the spicy as there is literally no difference in spiciness or taste, I found the spicy version of the chicken just to have a slightly darker color.

  Fast and friendly service.. was so happy to see them open up. Food was quick and hot. Three of us went in for lunch and we're all pleased! A must try for sure

  Customer service is good most times if you are dealing with the manager, otherwise you will be greeted with unwelcoming attitudes; speaks volume for how much the employees hate their job. Wait times vary, normally very quick, but you can expect to wait up to 10 minutes or longer for a very simple order, even while you can visibly see available chicken/fries and biscuits on the warming trays. The staff appear to be all from India and likely hire people that are related.

  Is there a more tastier place to visit ? For me NO. Very friendly fast service and wonderfully prepared and again very tasty food...thanks for bringing your restaurant here

  Same result like any other franchise.. sometime they mix ur orders lolz, but then do apologize and if u r lucky you get free apple pie .. well i was to get one!

  First hearing about Popeye's opening in Peterborough was a blessing, but now I'm going to be looking elsewhere for fried chicken due to the poor experiences I've been having lately with them with both in quality and their staff.

  Some visits the soda would be completely watered down, making it absolutely disgusting to drink with your meal, basically tastes like syrup water and not how the beverage is supposed to taste. They don't care, otherwise there would be quality control checks regularly throughout the day to make sure their machine is running properly.
