  I don't write many reviews - only when I get either exceptional or awful service. This is definitely a case of the latter.

  I went after him and asked him if he'd be issuing a refund and he said "No, you got a wash didn't you?" I told him no, not really, I got a rinse with water and no soap. He told me I should have used the low pressure pre-wash setting and started walking away again. I called after him to try and continue to explain that he shouldn't be charging for the use of a broken car wash and he slipped inside behind a locked door and disappeared.

  He asked for my name and address and tried to end the conversation. I asked if he was going to mail me my money. He stated he was and he already told me that and hung up! Are you kidding me! It took me 20 minutes to finally get a crappy car wash and then I get treated like that! I called back and left a message complaining about this guy requesting the owner call me but for all I know he was the owner.

  I called the number to complain. It said to press one to leave a message but I pressed zero. Some guy answered hello. It was like pulling teeth trying to figure out if I had the right number.

  Paid $14 drove in machine started then quit . We have called 5 times no answer or call back.

  I put in two $5 bills and the machine only recognized one of them. It would not return my money and the help button didn't work. I scoured my car for change. It would only take quarters. I was short and had to ask the guy behind me to give me a quarter in exchange for dimes. He told me the same thing happened to him. I couldn't cancel my order as then I would lose all my money.

  I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this carwash. The machine ate my money as well and my phone calls haven't been returned.

  Paid $14 for a full wash and wax. The automatic wash just wet the car and instructed me to leave. I'm out $14 and I couldn't contact the owners. I phoned the number given, but their message box was full. This place should either be shut down or handed to operators who care.

  Today I washed my car here as I have over 100 times as it's close to home. The "Soap" setting didn't work - only water was coming out. I called over an employee (owner?) who was emptying trash and demonstrated that it wasn't working. He mumbled that he'd fix it then walked away.
