  We were greeted very warmly by reception staff, which included a cute joke about the gym being open at 5am. Our room was very clean and spacious. Loved the fireplace option. We had a balcony overlooking the water, which I'm sure is quite lovely in summer. All the staff we encountered were polite and courteous, and the complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable with a variety of foods to choose. Would definitely stay again.

  The check in was smooth and quick, they even got us a new room because our original was not ready. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night to allow for a nice sleep. I would stay there again if I am ever in the area.

  Great hotel! Stayed here many times. On main road, near restaurants and shopping. Very accessible. Cheerful and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Was there for a hockey tournament. We had a whole floor to ourselves and were pretty much left alone. Room was comfortable and the hotel located close to everything we needed. Bed was awesome. Breakfast in the morning was excellent as well.

  We were pleasantly surprised with the Otonabee Inn. Upon arriving we were upgraded to a king suite with jacuzzi & fireplace. Room #201 was quite clean, spacious, warm and comfortable with all the amenities one can expect. The hallways were quite cool. The breakfasts were great compared with many that we have had with competitors. The breakfast area was spacious and well organized. We were fortunate to be here mid-week in the off season. Thus there was little congestion. Extremely pleasant staff in all areas of the hotel. This hotel is well off the road...thus eliminating traffic noise. We will definitely return to the Otonabee Inn.
