    These staff need lessons in customer service - lenders don't need the 3rd degree when renewing their card (who even knew library cards expired?!). Staff piling returns on the counter don't need to virtually shove lenders out of their way so that they may complete a task - the older lady working the returns needs to be reminded that customers come first ALWAYS.

    Nowhere on this web site did you mention that the library would be closed today ,Sunday. My friend and I were disappointed.

    Staff at the library are either fantastic, helpful, polite & welcoming or they are rude and unhelpful.

    Looks great but the computer are terrible you will spend 15 mins loading your email.

    We love the new renovations. The kids section is wonderful. The whole library is full of natural light

    The Peterborough Public library is one of my favorite places in town. I love it! The staff are great and the Library offers some wonderful programs and events for the kids too! I'm also really enjoying the temporary location at Peterborough Square, the layout is really nice. :)
