  Over priced and incredibly dishonest. One of their mechanics broke a part in my car while repairing, and charged me for the replacement piece without asking me first. They do a lot of work on your car before consulting with the owner. I went to have my tire looked at because of some squeaking, only to be told there are numerous things that need to be done on it, paid over $500 and my tire continued making the noise. I take it back to be looked at once again only to be told that there are more things wrong with the car that have nothing to do with the wheel, and paid another excessive amount of money and again my tire continued making the noise. This shop has an absolute horrible customer service, they need to learn the law on how to deal with customers, and need to learn to talk with the customer BEFORE doing work on the car.

  Jamie and the guys at Peterborough Auto are terrific. They do really good quality work and have a ton of integrity. I would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. We are new to town and knowing we can go to these guys when we need help with the car is a real bonus. Many thanks.

  Amazing service - I tell everyone about these guys! As a young female student, I often felt I was being ripped off, when I went to Craig and his crew (10 years ago now) - they walked me through everything and even went as far as to explain what it is they were fixing, showed me the new part,what it should look like and the part removed/replaced from my vehicle so I knew exactly what was being fixed and why. Great guys - honest and dependable.
