  I just bought my 2nd vehicle there and to my surprise they did not fix the little things before I got the truck . I had to take it back and they fixed everything except for a vibration I have in the rear of the vehicle. They said they do not know what is causing it.

  Less than a year had passed and my water pump blew (which ended up being a $2500 fix). I had purchased the powertrain warranty that they offer through National for $1400 to cover up to $2500 only to find out that the water pump is covered under the powertrain "plus" warranty, which was was not presented when purchasing. Contacted Gib about the issue and was told basically you are S.O.L and good luck with the vehicle.

  Purchased an Edge here in June 2016 and have had nothing but problems since. When originally purchased my wheel bearing was bad, which was missed in the safety so I had to return multiple times before it was fixed. They only replaced the rear pads and rotors for safety, which after about 2 months of driving the vehicle my front rotors became warped and had a chugging stop since, and also had to replace a separate wheel bearing.

  If you are purchasing a vehicle, don't let them talk you into the warranty as it is useless, and if you can avoid the dealership completely then I would recommend giving someone else your business. Oh and I also found out when I had a trade in appraisal done that there were 2, $2500 accidents on the car report which I was not informed about.
