  Wonderful place to rent a a vehicle.. Staff is always very congenial. We have always been greeted with nothing but positive employees.

  Had to get a rental for auto accident and insurance paying for it. Had to give them $150 deposit which I was told would be refunded 7 to 10 days after the vehicle taken back. Took the vehicle back over 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Called them was told the refund was mailed out last Wed. Called as still have no refund. Called yet again and was told still pending authorization so it has never been done like I was told. Not a Happy person and makes me rethink ever using them again.
