  Never dealt with em' directly, tried to get parts; yeah they're OEM and expensive as hell; that's to be expected.

  Efficient and conscientious service. Diagnosis of a faulty catalytic converter on my Tundra, which was an in-warranty repair on a subsequent visit. Flexible and helpful with also doing some other minor repairs. Personnel are on-the-ball and didn't waste my time.

  What's not to be expected is the all-day run around to get anyone from the parts dpt. on the phone, then the dismissive tone and quick out the door hangup.

  They did NONE of that! I have NEVER seen a dealership that makes you feel like your some friend they've known for a while. No silly up-sale garbage! Everything from start to finish was professional! VERY easy to work with! All the minor details were explained! You all rock!
