  Took my 2001 Aztec in, because my key refused to come out of my ignition. I had previously seen a mechanic at another location, who could not fix the issue. I was in the neighborhood of Jack McGee's and decided to see if they could help, a couple hours later, and a very reasonable fee, and I'm a happy driver again!!! Not only did they give me options with pricing, but also shuttled me home and back!! Very pleased, even though I was reluctant to use a dealership for fear of price gouging, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my concerns were unfounded.

  The sales representative and sales manager were knowledgeable and helpful. They respected my choices and budget and were not pushy with extras/add ons. I've had no issues with the vehicle.

  11 months, 12 previous attempts to get someone to repair my car since an engine swap and 2 hours at this dealership and i have heat. Kudos to Brad the mechanic. Kudos to the other staff for welcoming me home.

  Martin the Sales rep was very helpful and quick. We arrived and had a time crunch he helped us find what we wanted very quickly but still took the time to make everything clear and up front. Finance department was very polite very clear and made every step easy to follow. Pick up day went so smooth everyone had everything ready to go after some final paperwork we were on our way with out beautiful new truck. Thanks so much for such a positive experience.

  So I do not currently own a GM. I have a Mazda 3... but I started with a Chev, and when all other shops failed I went home. Yes I said home.

  I'm biased toward thinking of this dealership as home because I had a family member who worked there for many of my younger years.
