  I love chapters. It's easy enough to find a section of books you might be interested in. With a Starbucks inside you're free to browse. There are staff available for help if you need it and search kiosks if you are looking for something but you don't know where it is or if they have one in stock.

  Only downside to Chapters is that you can get pretty much everything they sell for at least a few bucks cheaper on Amazon these days.

  Love looking around some very lovely things. But just love the variety of book that you can take your time and if you need help there is always somebody to help you find what you are looking for.

  I love this Chapters. Staff here are very helpful and actually approach you when you look a little lost - even when it was very busy in the week before Christmas. The line up to the cash registers was very long, but the cashiers handled it very efficiently and I didn't mind the wait at all.

  Love the atmosphere. Good cafe style music and with a connected Starbucks it's perfect! Great selection and a lot of sales. Kids love it too. A really nice bookstore with a cozy feeling.
