  Worst service from start to finish. YouI had a great experience with a stylist who I found out wasn't there anymore, I booked a colouring appointment for today to fix the quick solution of box dye. Upon just the rude demeanour of the front staff, I had a positive mind going into it. In an empty salon, I waited an additional 10 minutes past my scheduled time for the stylist who looked like she didn't care to be there. On consultation I had to do the colour strip treatment (fine, I've had it done at another salon and it was gorgeous in the end). Her tone in her voice was basically telling me to not go through with the process...but me driving 40 minutes out of my way, was stuck so I continued and we looked at the colour swatches.. I wanted a warm coppery auburn/caramel colour., I found a copper and described the difference that I wanted. She snatched to book away and left to go prep I guess (she left multiple times, said she'd be back came back whiles later) never told me what she was actually doing. We get the treatment on and let it strip and sit... it worked. She already had the colour ready, and when asked if she just mixed the one exact colour on the swatch (a brighter copper, with orange) I explained I didn't want it and proceeded to explain the tone I was going for and something natural looking . She went to explain we couldn't mix other colours at this stage and that it wouldn't be the bright orange tones as it suggests... She gruffed at the thought to go mix more colour...she went came back, and it was dead silence in the chair. She jabbed my head with the comb, I had more dye on my face then I think got into my hair. She didn't attempt to make conversation at all or explain what she was doing. At the end of this experience it was clear I wasn't happy..the faded box colour was more tolerable and looked nicer then the ronald McDonald meets a fire truck that meets a shiny penny. It is the most horrifying colour. She said she would put more brown in "complimentary" but I have to wait a week to do so. $156.00 later and I have to go to work looking like a fire truck. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Worst service when the stylist tries to make a joke of the experience saying "well At least red suits you" maybe if she communicated and listened to her client instead of doing what she wanted and constantly looking at the clock. And you know what's worse, is that every single other customer that came into the salon was treated with respect, they took their coats, asked if they wanted anything to drink and the stylist across the room was actually making conversation and listened to what their client wanted and didn't. DO NOT Get your hair done here.

  Amazing management. Great stylist. Really listened to what I wanted and achieved my desired style. Also really great with my kids. Feel super comfortable.

  This is my 2nd experience with this delay and I will not be back. Terrible time management and customer service by stylists.

  Our appt was for 10 am today. They just opened at 9:30 am and it is 10:30 now and they are already that far behind?

  Obviously client time does matter to this salon. They are chatting up a storm but if you like to chat book appts farther apart - right? We have other appts and now must change our day because you refuse to keep to you schedule. 10-15 mins we can understand but seriously a half hour late and counting on a man with a straight trim.

  Very friendly staff. My stylist, Kaitlyn, listened to what my ideas were and offered advise of her own. Between the two of us, I came away with a fantastic cut and colour! I have already booked my next appointment and would recommend this salon to anyone!!

  I've had several really positive experiences at this salon. The beauty consultants who work at the front of the store always greet me with a smile and upbeat attitude. I've met Meg once or twice, she is always so informative about the products used and never makes me feel pressured to buy something, she's just keen on helping me out which I really appreciate. I get my hair done by Nicole; she's amazing if you want a beachy bright blonde! She takes her time making you feel heard, she always makes you feel comfortable, and treats me with respect. I normally don't post reviews but seeing as I keep going back to Chatters for help and guidance on how to take care of my blonde hair, I figured they definitely deserve a good review. I haven't had the chance to meet the other stylists but everyone always seems professional and uplifting. It's a very clean, affordable, and they usually have sales or coupons at the ready so you can manage the prices and not feel overwhelmed! Thank you to Nicole for always freshening up my hair, I'm glad I have someone I can trust! Thank you Meg for making sure I'm always getting the best products and taking the time to set me up with an appointment schedule that works. Oh I've also met Caroline - I think she works at the front, she's very sweet and easy to talk to! You guys are all too nice and smart for your own good! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for such wonderful experiences.
