  The team at Gauvreau & Associates CPA is world-class!!! I was having a very stressful day dealing with banks & lawyers and I needed a tax document from them. Ashley answered the phone and was so incredibly positive and helpful - truly a breath of fresh air. It completely shifted the course of my evening. I am very grateful to be working with such a caring team. Thank you Bob Gauvreau, Ashley and everyone who continues to make working with you so enjoyable. Happy Jack :)

  I couldn't speak less highly of this firm. Stay away! The initial meeting was exceptional, with many promises of exceptional service. Upon engaging with Gauvreau for our personal tax returns as a trial before having them take over the accounting for our company, myself and my business partner were both left in disbelief. A mistake on the initial tax return of my business partner would have cost $8,000 had it not been caught by us taking a second look. Diligence and attention to detail were non-existent. When we brought the mistake back to Adam, we were told that it was our responsibility to inform them of the necessary information as opposed to them being responsible for looking it up with the CRA. No accountability whatsoever. Next, after paying in full for my tax return and waiting several months, I go on the CRA website to find that my return has yet to be filed months later. Two phone calls today to the office with no response. Emails take weeks for a response. Customer service is atrocious, attention to detail is non existent, and Robert and Adam take no responsibility for their mistakes or pride in their work. Stay away.

  It has been a pleasure to work with the team at Gauvreau & Associates. From my first meeting they were all very helpful and knowledgeable. They had insightful ideas about how to do things more efficiently and cost effectively. I can most definitely say that the work at Gauvreau and Associates is absolutely flawless. They are very detail oriented and they always know what needs to be done. My experience leaves me with no hesitation to recommend them for any accounting needs.
